Statement
As an artist, I employ the world of materials, processes, and experiences that surrounds us. I am an avid sculpturist, embracing a diverse array of media, including found objects, upcycled materials, ceramics, wood, metal, paint, and digital forms. I also delight in embedding practical elements into each creation, blending art and utility.
As an experimentalist, I embrace the unexpected. Some pieces are born from playful chaos and others from failures or scraps, which to me are opportunities to innovate and reinvent. Through a proprietary blend of curiosity and perseverance, I transform them into a narrative about resilience, redemption, and the power of artistic voice.
Often, my art serves as a platform for social and political commentary. In this, I hope my work can transcend visual experience and catalyze conversation and change.
My art is a testament to the beauty of transformation and the endless possibilities of creative reinvention. It is an invitation to viewers to not only appreciate visual and tactile elements but also to engage with the underlying stories of resilience, redemption, innovation, and social and political reform. I hope it will inspire reflection, dialogue, and a deeper appreciation of the world around us.
