Statement
Through my art practice I examine personal identity and the effects of time and social constraints on the individual. As I grow older, I see the effects of time on myself and those around me. Society’s expectations are adjusted to suit our designated purpose and stage in life.Whether working in sculpture, performance, or video installation, I use materials and processes that are relevant to the subject matter. It is important that the work of my hand remains visible.
